Eligibility: Ages 16 & up

Duration: 120 Clock hours

Schedule: 20 hours/week for 6 weeks

Tuition Cost: $3,500 per student

Parental Steps to Enable LEARNS EFA payments

1. To receive LEARNS EFA funding for tuition, you must complete two steps:

   1. Apply for an EFA through ADE/FACTS during the enrollment period (you’ll need student’s SSN and DOB).

   2. Once approved, register and upload invoices in your ClassWallet account. Payments are sent directly to our school.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

The refund shall be based on the cost and length of the program. All tuition beyond the current enrollment period shall be refunded when a student terminates.

·         If any student cancels the enrollment agreement within 72 hours of signing the enrollment agreement, the registration fee not exceeding $100 will be kept by American Welding Laboratories. All paid program cost, lab fees and tools will be refunded.

·         ​A student who quits training after starting but before 25% of course has been completed, the institution shall retain a pro-rated amount of fees and tuition. Registration fee and tools nonrefundable.

·         A student quitting training after finishing 25% but not 50% of the course, the institution shall retain 50% of tuition fees. Registration fee and tools nonrefundable.

·         A student quitting training after finishing 50% but not 75% of course, the institution shall retain 75% of tuition and fees. Registration fee and tools nonrefundable.

·         A student quitting training after finishing 75% of course, the institution shall retain 100% of tuition, fees, and tool costs.

Students shall be refunded immediately when a course is cancelled and there is not a course required for their program of study available.

Hold Harmless Agreement & Media Release

I, the undersigned student (or parent/guardian if under 18), understand that welding and related training activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to burns, cuts, eye injuries, or other accidents.

By enrolling at American Welding Laboratories (AWL), I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in training, labs, and related activities.

I hereby release, waive, and hold harmless American Welding Laboratories, its owners, instructors, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during my participation in any AWL activities, whether on or off school property.

I further grant AWL permission to photograph, record, and/or use my likeness, voice, and any work product for marketing, educational, or promotional purposes in any media format without compensation. I understand these materials become the property of AWL.

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Hold Harmless Agreement and Media Release.
